unfortunately overall weight loss is the only way to go.
if you dont want to lose more weight then do more weight lifting which will also give higher metabolism rate.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

They key to loosing stomach fat is cardio. Believe me, even though it is repetitive and everyone hates as do I, it is the best exercise and only exercise that will help you reduce your stomach. Doing sit ups, crunches, leg raises, obliques, and any other ab workout will only make your stomach stronger. This is no joke you will have to run. you could change your diet but as you said you dont want to get any more skinny. If you run it will tone your body which is a plus to most people and it will make you loose stomach fat. You could even swim laps but i recommend running. Im a 17 year old male who weighs about 140. i used to weigh 105 pounds and i had a cut 6 pack. then i stopped playing sports and just went about school by going to classes with no exercise. I did sit ups here and there and they only made my packs more stiff. I started running recently and now i have gotten my 6 pack back. i have only pretty much lost water weight but i also have a complete workout plan that i use for the gym but thats a different story. Im telling, you should run and u can do light ab work outs and you will reduce your stomach greatly. It may take time depending on how you described your stomach size but im sure you can do it. I hated running but then i started to jog to the gym and back with my friend and that helped a lot. Now i go to a different gym and thats were my Ipod comes in handy on the treadmill.

I'm sure your tummy isn't huge sweety, but crunches, abdominal excersizes and sit ups etc will help. But the catch is you have to do them everyday and slowly build up how many you are doing every day (add a couple on each day)/ Try eating more ofetn BUT- smaller portions rather than fewer large meals.
Also, if you are in shape everywhere else and work out but still have a little belly, maybe check with your doctor about possible bloating due to something? I sometimes get this.
But don't obssess over your looks- whats important is feeling beautiful from the inside out. Be confident and happy.
Good luck.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Get started today!

You may have already tried this, but I'd cut the carbs. They call the tummy "the breadbasket" for a reason! Some people just store fat in that one troublesome area. Also, don't drink a lot of beer, lol!
A comment on exercise: Do aerobic activity to lose mass in general but COMBINE it with crunches, etc. to tone the stomach muscles. Spot-reduction is nearly impossible, but toning is another story. Muscle takes up less space (but is heavier) than fat.

Excercise is good for your overall fitness, but don't worry about your tummy so much. It is probably not 'huge' and many guys, including me, actually think a girl with a softer tummy is very sexy.

Just make a balance exercise. You can do everyday a head down bending & stretching your muscles morning & evening.

Trust me I am a sporty person. Make exrcise as your daily habit.

At your height and weight your tummy is definitely NOT huge. There is nothing wrong with your tummy or your body.

The real question, like it or not, agree with it or not, is this:

Why do you not like yourself?
