thats a crash diet - doing it you lose water weight and muscle not fat and also slow down your metabolism dramatically which will make fat loss in future soo much harder. plus you will gain back more than lost as soon as start eating normal again.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

No offence but that diet is really bad!!!
your starving yourself... you'l just go back to normal after you stop eating like that or take it one step further and develop an eating disorder.
You need 4 - 6 meals a day, which includes protein, complex carbs and unsaturated fats.
You should also exercise with this aswell.
Water is a good drink, you should have 2 glasses with every meal.
Heres an example of a day for you
Breakfast: Wholegrain cereal
Snack (if wanted): fruit or nuts
Lunch: Chicken wrap
Snack (if wanted): fruit or nuts
Dinner: Beef stirfry
The thing you have to remember is sugary foods make you hungry after a while, so you'll end up binging, its the same with not eating much. Eat healthy and exercise.
:D

Your diet plan is very bad.
Please do not skip meals, this will only leave you with little energy and put your body into what's called the "starvation" mode. This will cause your body to hold onto the calories and not lose weight.
A healthy diet is one where you are eating regular meals, starting with breakfast. You can just eat fruit for breakfast if you like but do eat, this gets your body started in the morning.
So often here in Yahoo Answers people ask how much can I lose in one week. Why not consider how can you maintain a healthy weight, long term?
If you learn to eat well, exercise regularly and drink plenty of fluids each day chances are you will never have to worry about your weight.
Stay away from junk food high in sugars and fat, eating more natural foods like fresh fruits and vegetables with some protein everyday.
You need to eat to maintain health!!!!

5'6" and 135 is NOT fat!! You are just right! And...you are only 14. Hormones are going on and your height and weight are just right for your age. Please don't worry. Don't starve yourself or develope poor eating habits. That could effect you for the rest of your life. Your weight will probably fluctuate through puberty until you reach your early 20's.
Be happy with yourself. You are just right! :)

That is not a healthy diet. You need more fruits, veggies, proteins and grains. Also you are not overweight so you should not be losing weight. If you feel fat then tone the areas that bother you but you do not need to lose any weight.
