Hello.
If you would like to improve your grammar, I would suggest you start reading a dictionary everyday, among other highly educated writers' books. Read the introduction and additional articles usually found in the beginning of the dictionary. Study the rules of the language and the writing structures.

Take care and God bless.

Writing is a great manifestation for expressing your thoughts and ideas. Language is a great tool for communication.

Questions in English have auxilliary verbs, which occur before the subject of the sentence/question.

Your question seems to ask how you CAN improve your grammar. So "can" is the auxiliary, move it in front of I.

"How" is a much more idiomatic question-word than "by which way", also "I" is always capitalized.

So we have:

How can I improve my grammar in 15 days?

If your sentence doesn't have an auxilliary or other "movable" word (can, will, must, have/has, am/is/was/are/were), you need to supply one--"do"--yourself.

My name is Alli. ("is" is always movable)
Is my name Alli?

She has made a cake. ("Has" is movable, at least when it's an auxilliary.)
Has she made a cake?

He speaks English. ("speak" is not movable)
Does he speak English?
