by overall fat loss.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

an intense cardio workout a few time a week and patience, nothing else will do it.

don't buy into all of those sideway exercises and wierd sit up things, that will work your muscles in the area, but still will not burn off the fat.

best time for cardio is when you first wake up, your body will be low on glucose and you will just burn it from your stored reserves (hence your fat).

and patience, it doesn't happen over nite.

and watch what oyu eat, no food before bed and especially no bread.

Cardio. It's hardest to lose them as guys because that's where guys store their fat. Women store it in their butt. But it doesn't matter how strong your abs are because it's the layer of fat that hides them. Cardio is your fastest way, but resitance training such as lifting weights helps burn calories when you're NOT exercising.
