I want to lose the most weight that I can in about 5 weeks. I want to make my legs and stomach skinner what do I do.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

OMG Just do the rafael diet eat a apple like at 7:00 then at 10:00 eat a banana then at 1:00 eat a pear an so on repeat this diet until you are at the weight you want to be oh AND DRINK LOTS OF WATER!!!

I managed to tone down my stomach a little by doing alot of cardio. Jogging everyday and speed walking. Also cut back on all carbonated drinks (soda). And just eat right.

do your grocery shopping with a list and a time limit that way you re less likely to stray into the processed foods section

RUN my friend its the fastest and simpilest way, you can run slowly just run for 25 min. a day to start as slow as you need to but DO NOT WALK. It works and you can still eat alot, just try to eat healthier if you want to meet your quota. It works for me i am @ a constant 180 for 15 years and i eat anyything and everything

Not eating or skipping meals is not dieting If you do you may get more weight

Don't eat so much. Walk each day. did you know if you stand up you lose more calories. Actually 36 calories more!
