I feel so guilty, I messed up and gave them a negative score by accident, they were really good to. How do I change it?

Jesus was taking a nap. I'm not, so I'll answer you.
Go here http://feedback.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?MFWRequest&MFWRequest=&guest=1
Contact the seller and if you both agree, the negative feedback can be removed.
Be careful next time ;)

Assuming that both you and the other party have had a change of heart/want to fix things, then you two need to go through mutual feedback removal. Doing this will remove the negative score, though the words will remain. You can also add to what you may have typed about the person, to either correct, or at least clarify your feelings on the transaction.

You must pray, and seek forgiveness through Christ.
