vitamins dont give you nutrition (nutrition is protein, carbs, fiber, fat etc)
crash dieting only lets you lose water weight and muscle not fat plus it dramatically slows down metabolism whic will make fat loss in future sooo much harder. also - you will gain back more than lost as soon as start eating normal again.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Sorry you need help try a lifestyle change and stop trying these unhealthy crash diets that never work people are always trying to take the easy way out. Try changing your diet to six meals a day and working out 3-4 times a week go to the book store and buy the abs diet this is a very good book it will tell you all you need to do what exercises to do what to eat and even gives you a grocery list and a huge amount of recipes..

try multivitamins, but keep in mind, exercising is half the battle. Do not dehydrate yourself, drink lots of water, and fast paced cardio.
