i am an indian girl who has some weight issues .. i can fit in any of my clothes because i put on so much of weight .. i need to know how to loose them .. exercise..?? stop eating ..?? how ..?? help me ..?? i have fats around my arms , thighs , and butt..

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

The best way to do it would be to review your diet at present. What can be cut down or even out?
A good way to loose weight but not end up punishing yourself is to cut portions down. Better a smaller slice of cake or pizza then none at all right?
If possible cut out sodas all together or replace them with the low cal sort.

Walking is a great exercise for thighs and butt. It's not too hard and you can go at your own pace. Try walk as much as possible and take stairs rather then the elevator! (At first this may seem a bit of a nightmare but you get used to walking quickly and actually enjoy it after a while!)

If you cant join a gym try using household objects as weights for your arms. Tinned food, buckets of water, anything available. Do a few reps as often as you can.

But most of all GO EASY ON YOURSELF! The biggest mistake people make when loosing weight is to try get it all off as soon as possible using punishing diets and horrific workout schedules! Go slowly and at your own pace.

It's a multi step process -

1) Reduce your calorie intake. Depending on current weight and activity level, you should probably be around 1300-1500 calories per day.

2) Cut back on sugar. This one helped me a lot.

3) Cardio, cardio, cardio! It should be tough and challenging. Try walking hills on the treadmill varying your intensity. If you are already in decent shape, intervals are great.

4) KEEP GOING! Don't get discouraged if you mess up and have a bad day. One mistake dosen't ruin the whole plan.
