If you haven't noticed...this is yahoo ANSWERS...
Where is your question?
Ranting on here just makes you look stupid.
And don't generalize millions of people based on your very meager handful.

To all that read Jessica R. postings.
Please review her 360. She has infact changed it recently but when she asked a question regarding "wearing a mini-skirt in church" I was promped to check it out to determine what was up to promt such a question. (like was this person 12, or maybe a little boy playing a trick, or what...)
On review of Jessica 360 I discovered this person self profile was "a woman that had transitioned from M F and was living as a female full time" or words to that effect. When I questioned this person about this statement thru e-mail via yahoo. I got a rather abusive reply, and that "she" really was a 51 year old woman, and that her previous description was a joke. She was just asking because some of her friend were gay or crossdressing and she wanted to prove discrimination or some words like that.
Jessica you are judged by how you act in church, if you are acting outside the confines of how God created you in a place where people gather to worship a God that says dressing as a woman when your a man is an abomination...
well how do you expect to be treated. Regardless of if it is you that is a man, (my opinion) or a friend of yours that dresses like a woman, The church is gonna judge that behavior unaceptable.
The scripture indicates to us as Christians we are not to even eat at the same table with unrepentant sexually immoral people. If that is the way you want to live or your friends, then by all means do it, but don't come to Christianity and expect the church to embrace you, we can not. We are required by all that is Holy to oppose this behavior in the Church.
I hope your not upset that I have"outted" you but I have given you plenty of time to share the truth with the Y A/A community for several days now, and you seem to gloss over that fact.
Please take the advise of others and actually ask questions instead of using yahoo to be your soapbox to rant at something you will not change.
Jessica, instead of ranting at Christians read the Bible, learn the teachings of God, and why Christians are the way they are. Because regardless of if you believe it or not "If God is for us, who can be against us."
Please take this constructively, and know that many of us are praying for you. God Bless

Don't worry yourself about overgeneralizing, we like it.
I can't speak for other Christians (really wish I could, though), but the first thing I think of when I hear "sinner" is me. I know better than anyone on earth how much I've done wrong. It's that knowledge that actually gives me hope, because if God can handle me, accept me with all my faults, try to mold me into something better, and forgive me of my wrong-doings in the past and the present, he can reach anyone.
I'm sorry you, and countless others like you, have had bad experiences with flawed human beings who have so warped the purpose of faith, God and the church and use them to hurt instead of encourage that it seems revolting.
Just as not all Muslims are militant terrorists, not all blacks are drug dealing gang members and not all men are dogs, not all religious people are the cruel bigots you describe.

Nope! Jesus Christ became an adamant believer in following GOD's will, not a team of previous idiots making use of GOD's word for his or her own own money and power. FearEmbodied is powerful, Jesus got here to verify GOD's message, to not commence his own cult. He incredibly rebuked many that attempted to worship him, besides the undeniable fact that it did no solid. For now a similar crap he tried to ward off (human beings worshipping him, construction churches with money that ought to help the damaging, crafting oppressive regulations in GOD's call) are happening each and all of the time. human beings like people who declare to be Christian, yet overlook approximately Christ's message by making use of worshipping Jesus and attempting to restrict technology in school rooms the two humiliate Christ and ridicule GOD concurrently.

Thats right. The religions or let us say the churches on earth originated particularly the christian churches in asia minor in 4BC. In the Bible, GOD speaks of these churches as imperfect and so with many errors except one called the Philadelphia church or the spiritual church. This is not the physical Philadelphia church that we know of. One hand, the imperfections of these churches have resulted to a divided christian faith or divisive churches with bickerings or warring leaders. it is because their leaders are destined yet to be imperfect until the 2nd coming of the LORD JESUS CHRIST who will unify all faith and make satan the deceiver of this world be thrown iinto the lake of fire. Likewise, when one suffers because of the imperfections of these chuches, under the goodworks of THE LORD, one partakes of the suffering of THE LORD JESUS CHRIST who was a model of a sufferring servant. Thus, these sufferings are marks of honor and glory offered to anybody or to mankind. And anyone who can partake of these sufferings are the servants of THE LORD GOD.And they are promised by the LORD JESUS CHRIST to be the kings in the Kingdom of heaven to come as that future kingdom will be governed by kings or servants of THE LORD GOD as KING OF KINGS. That is the divine plan as the LORD JESUS CHRIST said the greatest is the servant of all and the number one is the slave of all.

REAL Christians are. Then you have your so called ones that are only people pleasers and can't get off of the fencee when it comes to their religious beliefs. The bible clearly states that non-believers are heathens and will burn in hell but they like to ignore that. They claim they don't judge although their God does and tells them that homosexuals are sinners. But for some reason these fake Christians like to say that they can't judge people.
Of course they will deny this, even though their bible says so. The Christians that don't judge other people aren't really Christians. They are supposed to tell sinners that they need to change their ways, that is what God wants them to do right?
Atheist are said to be heathens and will burn in hell,
Homosexuals are said to be an abomination and will be put to death. The bible is loaded with hate, and callous but they will deny that as usual.

I don't know who you're talking about cuz most of the religious people I know are the awsomest people I know! They are in no way mean. Some people may be like that, but not all of us. Expecially here in Indiana. We're nice. Most of my friends are Christians and they're nice. The mean people must not be connected with Jesus very good.

"Did you know that religious people are so callous , mean and very judgmental?"
And racist, believe it or not!
Yes I know all this. I am surounded by them everywhere I go.
I am Catholic by default (born into it). Everyone in my family are converted Christians... some of my relatives/friends are too, but most are Catholic. Most of them are the most closed minded people I have ever known!!!

WOW - I feel like I have just been slapped!! I do consider myself somewhat religious, not a bible thumper, but a believer. I have never thought of myself as the way you have described. Its sad that you would group so many people into such a negative category. You say these things of religious people, yet you chew them up and spit them out, so what makes you any better than the people you speak of?
