find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

The best way to lose weight is with good diet, exercise and internal body cleansing. traditional diets ignore the presence of toxins in our bodies. Our bodies retain fat and fluid to protect us from these toxins.get rid of the toxins and the weight comes off for good. Starve the body of the nutrients it needs and it doesn't function properly and the weight comes back like with all the traditional diets. go to fatness first lol joke. eat fruits in the morning and light meal in the afternoon, try not to eat too much during dinner.the key is try to eat continously with lots of fruits and light snacks to keep you full but not bloated. others stuff themselves up during breakfast, so they wont eat during lunch. and then eat like a horse during dinner. wich wont work. cuz they bloat themselves up wich is stored fat when they sleep. also discipline is key, this wont be easy. it will probably take you 2 to 3 weeks, it worked with me.=) and dont drink too much water.

Theres no fast way to loose weight. But if your serious about it, excecise and watch what you eat and make that a schedule everyday, you will see a change.

take heavy breakfast,skip ur lunch and dinner (jus eat vegetable ,fruit) dont ever eat oily food and snack
