It's PURPLE? black, blue, green? Has it always been this way? Or is it new?
Go up to him and give him the definition of DOCTOR. Followed by STD.
Then scare him into going by telling him there's a 50/50 chance of his wee falling off if he doesn't get medical attention asap.

its entirely normal for the genitals to be darker than the rest of the skin. see a doctor if worried
