I'm only 23 years old but I already have fine lines on my forehead and eye area. I've moisturized since I was 13! I don't know if it's because my skin is pretty fair or what; I drink plenty of H20, wear sunscreen religiously--I'm at a loss. How can I repair and prevent, without breaking the bank?

How much is "breaking the bank"? Start a good skin care regimen. Bath and Body Works carries a skin care line by Patricia Wexler. It blocks the 20 known elements in the environment that damage skin. The starter kit (1 mo of supply) will cost you $50.

I read that it's good to start anti-wrinkle regimens in your 20s so that the aging process may start to slow earlier.

Try Olay Definity. Its great. However, it is a little pricey in stores, but cheaper on Ebay.

Get botox treatments.

If you're on a budget, I'll inject you with whatever I can find for $200.
