When I start to tan for Summer, I go one week in the bed and then switch to the booth. The booth is more intense, so go with less time than you would in a bed.

I always use a bed b/c it is cheaper, but I sometimes get these "untanned" circles by my shoulder blades. If you use a booth, everything gets an even tan, including the space between your elbow and arm pit because you get to hold your hands up. But 15 minutes feels like FOREVER when you are standing in a space tube wearing goggles!

That's really bad for your skin. Not only will you significantly increase your chance of getting cancer, you'll also have skin that looks like leather if you continue. Either tan naturally from day-to-day sun exposure or get a fake tan. Nivea Holiday Skin is great for building up a gradual, natural appearing tan over time.

Neither. Because i went tanning and now at 19 i have already had my first surgery for skin cancer.
Wait till the summer & tan outside if you MUST tan. You raise your chances of getting skin cancer 10% EVERY TIME you use a tanning salon.

Neither! I know you aren't surprised by this answer, but tanning is unsafe and passe. I suggest the sublime bronze by loreal if you want color.
