I'm at work now - lunch
I just ate a chicken wrap made by my son (from the restaurant he works in) for mother's day...
I also just polished off a banana (no jokes please hahahaha) and I'm about to eat some yummy strawberries but I'm getting kinda full so maybe I'll wait an hour or so.....

It's almost so healthy it's scary ain't it?

blessings Uncle Wayne - It's about 12:00 noon here so you have a bit to wait for your lunch eh. I bet Aunt Carolyn takes very good care of you....

:)

I just had a hearty breakfast, and haven't even brushed my theeth yet. Also a delicious breakfast with one avocado, outmilk and sugerfree wheat puffs. To this I took some dried apricots. Tasteless? No, it was wonderful, and will give me strength to work for many hours. Just what 5 gallons of gas would mean to a car.

Brownies and Friendly's new chocolate peanut-butter brownie explosion. From the box. Gah, I love chocolate.

Wanna brownie? Hee hee! Too bad! I ate 'em all. Want some ice cream? I ate out of the box. I'm sure there is NO backwash in there. Why don't you double check?

~~*Cackles evilly*~~

*Blinks innocently at Uncle Wayne* Wanna cookie?

It depends on your perspective.... how we consider what we have eaten and, for what purpose was it eaten. Food is a wonderful spiritual experience if you understand why. That is a huge statement but is worth considering.

Double stuffed Oreo's, not very satisfying. I suppose I felt a bit guilty. Go figure. Maybe next time I will eat regular Oreo's (hehehe)
