I'm looking for someone in Oregon who is into arrowhead hunting, preferably someone with a 4-wheel rig. I'd share all expenses.

If you wish to travel or happen to be traveling to to other states, you may be able to find places there also.

Mostly, in Illinois at least, many Indian tribes settled near creeks and rivers for access to water and " water Highways" usually you could find points in those confluences where they would have settled. Need permission of land owner of course and many local people could tell you if there are artifacts out there.

However, many States now have laws against picking up those artifacts, even if they are laying on the surface. Fines are pretty stiff, at least in Illinois.
