I'm like this and I'm only 13... seems to me like you have junk food in your pantry... get rid of those killing foods. Start going organic and stick to it and don't buy that crap.

There are a number of things that go into curbing your craving for sweets. Cravings for foods that are dietary disasters, like sweets, can stem from too frequently giving in to the cravings. In some ways, you simply have to be strong. While you are "being strong" you need to replace these foods w/ low glycemic foods that don't cause the insulin response that leads to your cravings. You don't have to diet, per se, but you have to replace the high glycemic foods w/ proteins and more complex carbohydrates like apples and oranges that will give you the sensation of sweet, but at a low glycemic level. The glycemic index isn't only for sweets, however. You have to be aware of it at all times, since many breads and the like that are not sweet will cause the insulin response that results in your hunger and craving. You don't have to suffer or go hungry; you only need to make other food choices. After a short time, your cravings will subside. This small space doesn't allow for a lot of info, so look at the link to get a better idea of the glycemic index--you'll be well on the road to no cravings if you use the information. http://www.glycemicindex.com/

Craving sweet foods is normal. Although some people have a sweeter tooth than others, humans are genetically conditioned from birth to prefer sweets.
Try eating healthy sweets, like applesauce, fruits, frozen fruit bars, low fat yogurt, etc. Then at least you are getting nutrients along with the sugar. The problem with processed foods with high sugar content is that they contain little or not other nutrients (pop, candy, ice cream). The health items I listed above have vitamins and fiber, which helps your diet instead of hindering it.

if you eat enough you wont crave as much. also you can get rid of any cravings in 3 days - just be strong during those days and dont give in.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)
