Umm if your reffering to such Movies like 'Bruce Almighty' when the dogs using the toilet & reading the newspaper - sorry to break it to you - but its computer special effects - NO dog can use the tooilet - not a human one anyways - you can train one to flush the toilet - just not physically go in one.
Cats on the other hand you CAN train to usethe toilet & fluhs it too & many other tricks dogs don't do

The dogs don't use toilets, you dumbass! I'm not exactly sure what they do, but I'll bet you anything they don't actually go to the restroom using a toilet. Haha! God, I'm sorry, but that's a really stupid question.
