I agree this is in the wrong section, but I felt compelled to answer because I actually had a tumor in my right ovary almost three years ago.
It was a non malignant tumor, but it was not the kind treatable by medication. I did not feel the pain of the tumor until a few weeks before it was removed. However, I have a high tolerance for pain, so when I finally did start to feel it it was completely unbearable. When I first felt the pain, I thought it was appendicitis--so I headed to the ER. I was tested and discharged after they determined I didn't have appendicitis and that I did not have a tubular pregnancy. After numerous tests my gyn doctors determined that it was a tumor, and the only option for that type was surgery to remove it. Doctors were hoping the tumor was just around the ovary, but after surgery began, they saw the tumor was actually inside my ovary. They removed it, and the fallopian tube. By the time it was removed, it was the size of a baseball. I went home about 2 hours after I got out of surgery, and was fully recovered and sexually active within 6 weeks.

I would have thought it was self explanatory
It means that there are tumors in the ovaries
Tumor : Benign or malignant growth
Ovaries : Egg or Ova producing centres in the female body
The treatment is most often the removal of the ovaries before the tumors spread to the Phalopian Tubes and then Uterus.

A tumer is a normal strengthen, or construction up of cells. some tumers at the instant are not cancerous and would possibly no longer reason any complications different are cancerous meaning that they proceed to strengthen and disrupt cells around them hogging nutrition to favourite cells and hurting function, in the event that they're cancerous they could unfold to different tissues and reason demise. Localized I think of that disrupting favourite healthy tissue ought to reason infertility.

Ovarian cancer, if not detected very early is one of the most deadly for women. My sister had a pre-cancerous cyst in one of her ovaries and had to have her ovary removed. She was very lucky that they caught it in time.

It doesn't do much until it gets big..Sometimes they burst...when they're big they cause a throbbing pain but it comes and goes...causes pressure on your lower back..if they don't burst you have to get surgery or else they will scar up your ovary.
But I wish you would put this in the health section=)
