He's a scientist like Reed Richards is a scientist. He does stuff that's indistinguishable from magic, all our accounts of him are from secondhand sources, and he can stretch to fill any gap.

God may not have had a choice about how the universe would develop, according to Einstein. Certain basic physical and chemical parameters were in place within one second of the Big Bang.

I am an agnostic, so I will answer this question using humour, and pretend I believe in God.
Sure he is! Although now he is working on a smaller and less ambitious experiment (Leaving Earth to do whatever it pleases).
Ps: We are in God's fridge...

God never required a "creator". Since God created our space-time universe, GOd is not subject to time or space, therefore, God is eternal and infinite.

Ummm his 4th intelligent creation killed the 3rd.
He didn't seem too sure about plants needing light.
He created most animals with one pipe for air and food.
Stars, and therefore life have a limited life span, unless His plan was for a finite lifespan for Earth, He isn't as good as you'd expect.
