No, you are not. I know, for sure, because I am 5'3" and, in the last 10 years have been between 127 and 144. I was a size 4 when I was 127. What size clothes do you wear? Most likely, you wear smaller size clothes. If you don't have a good body image, maybe the best thing to do is seriously consider a regular strengthening and muscle building progam to conquer flab or softness. (Not body building, but, just shaping and strength training).

"Based on the information you provided your ideal weight range is between:

111-124

If you are significantly over your ideal weight range (typically more than 10 percent) you may be putting extra stress on your heart and increasing your risk of cardiovascular disease. However, keep in mind these figures are averages! Body fat percentages are not taken into account in this formula. For example, athletic men and women with high muscle mass may weigh more than a sedentary person, yet have less body fat. These results are not reliable for pregnant women. "

If you look at standard growth charts, your weight and height are both near the 50th percentile. You are not fat. Your BMI is 21.7 - near perfect.

The problem is one of perception. Many models are ultra thin, some dangerously so.
