When they did, than why didn't Jesus come back, why didn't the world come to an end like they wanted.

are they still trying to do it, by claiming that they need to dystroy the Muslim holy mosque(Dome of the rock), in order to bring the end of the world.

They believe the arc of the covenient is under there.

Sorry for any errors.

Thanks!!!

You apologize for your errors, and you had good cause.

Jesus did not need to come back, so that demolishes your question there.

Nobody has claimed that they need to destroy the Dome of the Rock in order to bring the end of the world. So that destroys this question.

Nobody even knows what "the arc of the covenient is," is so that your last statement is also wrong.

In any event, Israel is the sole Jewish state in the entire world, while the Arabs have 22, and wish to destroy Israel so that they can have 23 states.

The use of the term Palestine was biblically inaccurate and wrong throughout the Church age. However, it is more than just wrong, it is devastating in our time, when the term Palestine is the cornerstone of the propaganda war against Israel and the Jewish people. Do we want to use terms invented by those who hate Christ, the Bible and Israel? Do we want to utilize terms used by the enemies of Israel who desire to accomplish nothing less than the destruction of the Jewish people? I think not.

Christians should use the terminology of the Bible wherever possible. Why not go back to the terms used in the New Testament? The Gospel writers used the term Israel to refer to the Land. Why should we use any other term when referring to the Land, especially now that the Jews are back in the Land and have re-established the nation of Israel among the family of nations?

As we draw closer to the Second Coming of Christ, we should understand that Satan’s fury against the Church and Israel will grow exponentially. Satan hates the Gospel of the crucified and risen Messiah, and he hates the reality of the restoration of Israel as the nation that will ultimately receive Jesus as the Messiah at His return, and the nation that will be Christ’s earthly headquarters. The only term we should use for the Land is Israel, or its subdivisions of Judea, Samaria, and Galilee. We should make every effort to remove the term Palestine from our Bible maps and textbooks, and use only biblical terms with reference to the Holy Land of Israel.

Israel was established LONG before Christians came along. That is where the Jewish faith/people's came from originally. We Christians believe the Bible that has stated that the end of the world will come-God has that planned, not us Christians. He is the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end. I don't know abut the destruction of the Dome of the rock in particular, however, one thing I have come to realize recently, is that the Muslims are a part of the heritage of Abraham. The Christian faith is the way to go though. And that is based on the Jewish faith, plus what Christ did while He was on Earth, teaching His disciples, etc. I hope this helps answer your question. Take care. Sorry for any errors on my part too-to do with the Dome of the rock etc.

There is no "were". Try "are". It's all being orchestrated by a joint fundamentalist-Conservative jewish org called Christians United For Israel (CUFI) which is probably covertly funded by the israeli government. The idea is to convince the Bible Belt vote to support Israel and pro-israeli politicos on the assumption that when they build that Temple the 3rd Christ will be kind of forced into coming back pronto. It's working. Practically all fundamentalists have become rabid zionists. They think this will fulfill prophecy.

Error number 1:
Christians did not establish Israel.
The United Nations established Israel in May of 1948, giving the Jews a portion of the Land that has always been theirs.

For the rest of your errors, you really need to read a Bible.

You are wrong on so many points.

First, Israel became a nation by GOD's hand, not man. It was prophesied more than 10 times in great detail to happen.
http://www.konig.org/page3.htm

In Ezekiel 37, the LORD says, "O my people, I am going to open your graves and bring you up from them; I will bring you back to the land of Israel."

Note the "I" is not man, but GOD.

And again in Ezekiel 37:21-22
This is what the Sovereign Lord says: I will take the Israelites out of the nations where they have gone. I will gather them from all around and bring them back into their own land.

Second, the re-establishment of the nation of Israel was only to be s SIGN that we are in the last days, NOT the second coming of Christ which takes place after the seven year tribulation period.

Here is the timeline. Read this and you will see the whole picture was detailed in advance via the prophetic word.

I think you need to worry less about Israel and be more concerned with your immortal soul. The God of the Bible has proven Himself with fulfilled prophecy, and you are obviously not in tune with Him.

You have asked a pregnant question. Are current right-wing Christians actively trying to bring about the "RApture" by forcing Israel onto the Middle East? If they are, why are we allowing them to do this in conjunction with Israel and American organizations like AIPAC and PNAC?
Do we really want another crazy right wing nut like Bush in the White House?

The end of the world didn't come yet and Jesus will come when it does and the end of the world is when everyone lives in peace. and Christians aren't trying to "bring" the end of the world. We simply believe one day it will come.

Sure, and that is why we are in the middle east right now, our converted president believes that whatever he is doing is directed by some deity, and meddling in the middle east might bring about the end of the world--though he may be right, it could end civilization in many areas if wacko george starts nuking.

I don't think so. I think they are juts devout. Being devout may be good for them but objectively to the rest of the world they are selfish. But there are a lot of people like them from other religions too. But all Christians are not selfish.

Well, if Christians are actually doing this, they must have forgotten to invite me to the meeting.
I suppose it's just as well, because I would have told them the same thing I am going to tell you.
That is
That NOBODY can manipulate God.
Sorry to disillusion you, or any Christians who might be laboring under any such delusions.
