Thanks everyone who has answered so far. I do believe that Windows Live is no longer in the Beta stage and that it has been officially launched as the new hotmail. Has anybody tried the new complete, non beta version yet. What's your take on it.

I would love to hear a few more opinions from Windows Live hotmail users before picking best answer. I still haven't dived in yet even though they are saying the software is no longer in the Beta Stage.

Hi!
Windows Live mail looks and also works good. But the main problem here is the time it takes load the messages. So if you have a computer with good memory and graphic acceleration and a good processor you can go with this. Or else Hail the good old hotmail!!!

Thanks
Kiran

I seldom use Windows Live Mail (Hotmail). But my over all opinion is it is ok to use this product. Microsoft is doing something to make their products interacts into one - convergence. I tell you once this is done, you will need a lot of RAM and a fast internet connection and a fast video card in the near future.

Tried it and didn't like it. Went back to the old hotmail.

It slowed my computer down so much when I used it that I couldn't stand it. I switched back to the previous version, and found it worked much better.
