i have a HUGE crush on a guy that works at my school. he isn't a teacher, persay, but he does work at my school. i can't stop thinking about him. i have felt like this for like 3 years now. he knows so much about me and he always wants to talk to me. whenever he gets the chance, he will have a long conversation with me. sometimes, i think he likes me too. but then my friends will tell me that it's NOT gonna happen since he is a teacher and all. i am soo close to him. and i hate it that i don't know how he feels and i can't get over him. i'm only 16. and he's 27. i'm graduating in 2 years, so maybe things will change. we used to email each other but not anymore. i just don't know what to do anymore.

If you really like this guy that much and he likes you the best thing to do is wait until you graduate.
He could get into a lot of trouble if he dated you, even if nothing sexual happened. If anything sexual happened he could go to jail.
These things happen. You're really young, and you have a lot of your life ahead of you. It could work out, but chances are that it won't. So it's best if you just concentrate on being a kid for a while. Date a few guys your own age or a little older, no more than two or three years.
If there's anything to this crush the best time to pursue it is two years from now, when he won't get into trouble for it and when you're a little closer to being grown up. (And I mean that in no derogatory way. You're 16. You're supposed to be a kid when you're 16.)
Good luck and don't let yourself become too frustrated over this. Live your life. Let adulthood come at the right time. Have fun being a teen. You'll never be one again.

Hie Hanna. Well to me it is better for you to try to send him back an e-mail to him or you can send him an e-love card. By that way you can express your feelings towards him and also try to send him an romantic card. Just ignore whatever your friend says about it which they mean bad, always think positive and have a strong a confident in yourself and always think positve, if you keep thinking on what your friends says then it is going to be hard. But after you e-mail him just give him some time for him to reply back, in a begging of a realiationship patients play a very big role. When he has reply then try to ask him out and from there you'll guys can get to know each other better and more deeper, when you are buiding a realitionship age doesn't matter but the most important is the heart from both of you'll guys. OOOO sorry I know the feeling I always fall for older guys I just don't understand but its like every guy my age take me as a friend and their best friend at that but anyway he might get married and settle down by the time you graduate so just move on continue to be friends limit the conversation because you know it will only deepen the feelings but after high school and he isn't married then you might wanna jump up on it not in a sexual manner but date first if you like and he does then ....u know da rest...SMILE...answer some of my questions...
