You haven't told us what size you are.
I would try to go down to a C cup.
You should talk to your PS about this, he could help assist you.
I had absolutely NO pain after surgery, only discomfort.
Congrats and good luck!
This site helped me out tons with my research and before/after surgery:

If I were you, I'd go down to a B or a C. Those are generally good sizes. My friend had a breast reduction, she went down to a C, she's really happy with it. But she wasn't the one who would talk about her pain, so I have no idea about the pain. But good luck! I hope it all works out.

well, considering you didnt mention your size, that depends on how large you are. for your frame, i would say a small C. i havent had the surgery, but i know two others who have and they say it is painful. im also in the medical field and ive seen them done. please make sure you have a good surgeon so there is minimal scarring. since youre so young, you shouldnt have many, but you still want them to be the best.

C, still a nice and sexy size and you won't be trying to defy gravity with them.
