If you are studying a scientific career the best language you can learn is Latin.
German is good option. If you travel to Europe and you speak English German and French, you're done.

That's what I'm planning to major in. well, i speak Serbian, Romanian, obviously English, and am learning Spanish. I've never considered learning German though. I've looked up a few medical schools in Germany and Austria and oddly enough they usually require English and Spanish. But i have a friends who go to medical school in Europe and they all had to learn Latin which is why I'm starting Latin lessons next year. You're linguistic background is impressive considering the fact that you can speak three of the most common languages in medicine but you should know that most medical students in other countries are required to learn English. I'm sure all the Germans will learn English any way ; ). Good luck with your future career.

You could try Pimsleur. Its a wonderful easy way to learn new languages. It has all these languages and many more. Its based on audio, 30-minute segments. The focus is on spoken language and its a great way to get an initial grasp of a language. They also put a lot of thought into the vocabulary learning, and it reminds you of previous words constantly, so that by the end you have a formidable vocabulary. You can either buy it, or pirate-y, evil-y download it like any other audio. At any rate, a language is one of the harder things to learn, but also one of the more worth while things, that expand your horizons. It can take months and years to get to a very high level, and there's really no replacement for taking a year or two and going to live in a different country. :) Behatslacha! (Good luck in Hebrew)

You're kidding, right? It's enough already with the three languages! Most people don't even speak the language they were born into correctly.
You can learn whatever in science just fine with only English, for pete's sake. Not to mention how English is taking over the world.
But. If you like languages, then go ahead and learn German, for the sake of learning German. You just don't need it for schooling.
