I have a 2000 Hyundai Accent with 175 70 R13 . I saw a set of Honda rims and tires 185 60 R15 on ebay for $125 can would they work?

Measure the lug pattern on your vehicle before purchasing any wheels. Also make sure the height is at least similar to prevent rubbing.

Honda rims have a PCD100 and Hyundai uses PCD 114.3

so unless you have rims which can accommodate both specs (8-lugs), then I guess the answer is a no.

Honda = Japanese
Hyundai = Korean

I'm not sure.

yea...just make sure they wont look stupid like too small for your car or too big for ur car...u ever see someone in a jeep wrangler with like monster truck wheels?? lol
