I'm not sure what you mean but Noah would probably be the holy man from your question. While a large number of ancient cultures do record stories of a giant flood that wiped out mankind it is likely that the biblical version was passed down through Noah's sons all the way to Moses who recorded it into the Book of Genesis.

According to the story, the only men (human males) in the Ark were Noah and his sons, Shem, Ham, and Japheth. Noah, of course, was the one who "found favor with the Lord."

I wouldn't take that story too literally.

Well, I believe you are referring to Jesus, as a pre-incarnate christophanie.
However, He did not have double vision. Noah brought in two of every unclean animal, and 7 of every clean animal.
