mens motives can be one of many.
It could be that he likes you
It could be that he is just being nice because he doesnt want to hurt your feelings and is trying to figure out how to softly tell you he is not interested. And all the while he knows just holding hands is gonna get him deeper into trouble.
It could be that he is playing like he likes you so he can get you in bed with him.
It could be that he is hoping you will take the first step.
It could be that he is.....

Depends on the situation and the way you hold someones hand. Just holding hands is obviously common I mean for example I have held my female friends hands when they were in pain (emotional pain or needing support). It also depends on the guys nature. I have a friend who is very flirty and touchy feely (in a good way). This causes many of his female friends to think he is trying to crack onto them.
I'm sorry if i'm not being decisive but assuming fro mteh context of your question I assume that this guy jsut doesnt hold hands with girls randly like my friend does. If so then I would assume yes.

Most of the time no. The only time I might hold someones hand that I wasn't interested in would be in say a bad part of town so I know exactly where she is and no one can grab her. protection thing. so unless you where in that situation he likes ya

Maybe. He could be trying just to be nice. You would need to judge on other things besides hand holding if he was interested.

Most men will hold anything that You let them hold, including Your hand. Certainly He is interested, We just don't know in what, or how much.

Only in special situations. If you feel hurt or sad, or have a strong emotion, or if he's leading you somewhere. Anything other than that, then no. In general, if he holds your hand, he's interested.

If he is holding your hand he is definately interested. That question is what is he interested in? You will have to ask him his intentions and decide for your self if they are sincere to pursue or to avoid.

I have held the hand of females when I help them down from places, it doesnt mean anything really. Depends on the circumstances around it.

Me and my friend hold hands for fun, and we dont like eachother...but if it was like a serious thing with no laughing or jocking going on he defunatly inrersted!
