Is there some sort of list thats the IRS has that tells you whats deductible for a full to part time student

im talking expenses like cell phone bills, travel expenses, things that I personally buy and consume not tuition or interest off of student loans.

Tuition and fees can qualify for educational credits. If you're a dependent of your parents, they get the credit - if you are on your own and not a dependent, then you get it.

None of those items are deductible.

There are tuition deductions or education credits that your parents can avail themselves of. They generally apply only to full-time students so if you are going part-time there may not be much available at all.
