First of all, I read the other answers...and please let me tell you that they would be quite offensive to any spanish speaker.
An appropriate translation would be "Necesitas a alguien que te consienta" or also "Necesitas a alguien que te malcríe".

Necesitas a alguien que te mime, THIS IS THE CORRECT FORM!

Other options:
Necesitas a alguien que te concienta
Necesitas a alguien que te haga piojito (This is a very personal way to say: You need someone that wait for you when you get home)
