To get best answer on this and I will a 5 star to whoever does and I will give them 5 stars on whatever question they answer for me in the future(basically Ill give u lots a answering points) if they give a thesis, as well as about full to half a page of a ms word document expalining their position and why, citations would be nice as well. Im not stupid I know Im asking 4 alot

should there be laws? They are intrusive, laws that is. This type of law was forced into being by lobbyists for the insurance agencies, therefore i think they are suspect. Then again, if they do save me money both in insurance and tax money paying for injuries that could be prevented, then i cant complain too much. ITs not like there is a much higher cost for a car with them. The main reason laws are passed, is that the car industry wont police themselves. and i think airbags are pretty standard these days, so maybe we dont need the law.
