Hendrick if he wants to win !!!!!!!!!!!!

He should join Hendrick Motorsports. Everyone keeps on saying Hendrick already has four drivers, but who cares Roush has five and they will have to cut back in 2009. The #25 has not done well since Ricky Hendrick's death and Casey Mears is just an O.K. driver. Hendrick is Jr.'s best chance to win a title, which is what he wants to do. Plus, when he leaves they can supply equipment to JR Motorsports and be an established satellitte team. I would like to see Dale Jr. in the #3, but I would rather see him win a championship much more.

I think he would fit in better at Gibbs racing. Jr and Stewart work well together like team mates anyhow. I think he would be put in a 3rd rate car and Hendricks. RCR though seems like a logical choice but not in the #3 !

Hendrick already has 4 drivers the limit. RCR has three and Earnhardt Sr. used to race for rcr.

i think he should join Micheal Waltrip Racing so we dont have to watch him or hear about him anymore. News flash jr fans. If juniors such a great driver then he should be able to win championships no matter who he drives for!!! Just shows me he is nothing but a quiter. BOOHOO mommy wont give me my way so I quit. After seeing him makes some huge mistakes on the track in 2004 when he finished 3rd I think in points shows you he had pretty good cars but he just messed up like at Atlanta when he crashed after hitting Edwards and went from 3rd to 33rd and so on. And if he is mad about the new car take alook around. The only one that has it down right now is hendrick everyone else is struggling but will work thru it unlike Junior.

I think RCR. But it wouldn't surprise me if he goes to Hendrick either. Hendrick is the dominating team this year.

If he wants to win championships He should join Hindricks, Senitmental favorite I think is RCR. Personally tho I would like to see him Jr motorsports to the cup level, He wants control and that way it would all be him, win or lose

RCR or I think bringing JRM to Nextel Cup would be fantastic but I think it would be cool to see the #3 back in black and having Budweiser sponsoring it.
