Revelation 14 : 7... Saying with a loud voice , fear God , and give glory to him ; for the hour of his judgment is come : and worship him that made heaven , and earth , and the sea , and the fountains of waters.... Revelation 14 : 12 .. Here is the patience of the saints : here are they that keep the commandments of God , and the faith of Jesus .....( Genesis 1 : 1 .. Why would there be one true religion? It says somewhere in the bible that good always wins over bad and the majority of people are good. So, this would mean that the majority of people go to Heaven, but if only one religion is correct, then only a very small percentage of people would actually go to Heaven because there are so many religions in the world. And...out of all of those religions, there are many different versions of the religion.. Which tells me that there is not only one. If there was, why wouldn't we all be that said religion?

I expect that you are going to say the Jewish religion, from that passage.

However, I personally do not think that there is any one 'true' religion. Each one has some truth in it. The Christian religion is a more sure and straight path, but the others can lead to union with God as well.

There is one God. How you choose to worship that God is up to you; you do realize of course, that up until the middle ages organized religion as you speak of it virtually did not exist. So any religion that worships God is the only true religion.

If you are asking which is the True Sect ... the answer is there is no true sect.

your question begs the issue ... that everyone is a "christian" when in fact more than 4/5ths of the world are not "christians"

but more than 1/2 of the world believe in God.

Revelation 18:4 is talking about Bavel the great, mother of whores and all the earth's obscenities; who is drunk with the blood of God's people who testify about Jesus. SO, there's your answer; the belief in Jesus is the One true way to God. Religion is man made; and not pleasing to God.

The verse is talking about God's true people coming out of all false religion, not only false Christians.

They would be known and know and use God's name--Jehovah. That is one identifier.

There is no such thing, they all have validity. This is almost like asking which color is the one true color. Here is the thing, with a world teeming with variety and so many different options why would religion be the only aspect where you could only choose one way?

The Christian religion as practiced by the apostles. Unfortunately, you will not find a true apostolic church. However, if you want to find a church that is closest to the Bible, may I suggest Seventh-Day Adventism?
