Gee Ms. Silly no 5 star hotels have reasonable prices...and I won't go into that rating system which is flawed but here are some great L.A. hotels with the highest ratings in most rating systems...
1. The Beverly HIlls Hotel and Cottages
2. The Four Seasons (on Doheny) which is not the Beverly Wilshire (Pretty Woman Hotel) which is close by and also operated by the Four Seasons Corp.
3. The Peninsula Hotel (Beverly Hills) kind of a secret hotel...
4. Raffles-L'Ermitage (Beverly Hills)
5. The Mondrian Hotel (Sunset Blvd- Home of Sky Bar)

The Hotel Bel Air is a "5 star rated" hotel offering all the amenities you requested. Their minimum daily rate is $375.00. Is that reasonable enough for you?
Since you are a pre-teen girl looking for a summer job, I doubt you will be staying there.
