My all time favorite was blue-raspberry on one half and cherry on the other half. They look very interesting and taste great too. I remember when I was a kid we saw some Disney on ice thing I saw everyone walking around with blue and red snowcones. As soon as I saw it I just HAD buy one. Took us forever to find the vendor to. =P
You should do research. Buy strange and exotic flavors and see which ones you like the best. If you find something that's really good try selling it. You could possibly discover a hit that nobody else has!
