Neither-it means that the stretch receptors in your GI tract are functioning correctly, telling your body that new material is coming through so make room. The food you eat takes hours to be digested and make it to the large intestine to be evacuated.

Neither. No matter your metabolism, it takes awhile for food to pass normally through your digestive system. If you have diarrhea soon after eating, it could mean you have an allergy or intolerance to the foods you're eating.

Just means your system needs to make room to digest what you just ate. What you eliminate at that time might be food you ate a long time ago. Different food items spend more time in your system depending on how long they take to be digested. Some meat can stay in your intestines for years. Proteins digest slower and carbs digest fast.

How fast you burn calories will indicate the speed of your metabolism, not how quickly you need to use the bathroom after you eat. (

It just means your digestive system is working the way it should, unlike many people who go for days without passing waste. Good for you.
