Most people tell the truth, the truth as they perceive it. Everyones truth is different. Still, we are on a search for the real truth. If we weren't, none of us would be on here asking and answering questions. I wish the best of luck to every weary, worn traveler searching in earnest for the truth they know is out there. Peace and Love.

The answer is, which truth?
The only absolute truth is in God's Word--the Bible.
For man, it greatly depends on his point of view. Three people see an accident or crime. The police get 3 different stories that don't seem to go together. No one is lying. They tell the truth from their point of view.
True Christians tell the truth as closely as they can to the facts as they know them. They refer to the Bible as the outside source of truth. It was written from a viewpoint of outside earth, from its maker, for the people of earth.

If someone says "there is no truth," how can we assess the truth of that statement?
