Can you give a constipated dog Milk of Magnesia?

Yes, it is safe to give your dog Milk of Magnesia. But, you need to find the cause of the constipation as some of these causes can be very serious. I would not give my dog Milk of Magnesia unless directed by a vet.

I wouldn't, not unless your VET said to.

Milk of Magnesia is for humans, not for dogs or other pets.

Yes, you can, but only as a temporary measure. Your dog needs to see the vet to find the underlying cause for the constipation. The dose is 2 - 5ml per pound of dog weight every 4 - 6 hours.

Only with your vet's permission. You need to have the correct dosing for your dogs breed and weight, and different breeds have been known to have deadly reactions to medications that other dogs can safely take. Your dog may also have an intestional blockage or something more serious. Don't mess around. See your vet.
