Yes-Pronto. Obviously he has injured his hind leg and is in a lot of pain. He is probably sleeping a lot and not eating because he is in shock from when he injured his foot.

Definately take him to the vet. It sounds like you have two serious problems. First, the pain on his hind leg might be because it's broken, in which case failure to see a vet could cause it to heal incorrectly, causing him to have a bad leg for the rest of his life. Or there could be something on his leg, like a cist, in which case he could have an infection, something that could be fatal if not treated.
Second you said he won't eat and sleeps more than usual. That could just be a false alarm, and he might be eating or sleeping when you're not looking, but more likely it's either sign of sickness or a symptom of his leg. He might be sleeping because he can't really do anything besides that with his bad leg, and sleeping's the least painful activity. Or he might be sick, either from infection or some disease that's coincidently happening at the same time as his leg problem, decreasing his appetite and making him tired.
I'd suggest immediately calling the vet, and at least getting some advice from them even if you can't go there. Then I'd suggest scheduling an appointment as soon as possible. Your cat's health, long-term wellbeing, and even his life might be at stake.

Myy cat is limping but still eats, follows me and doesn't complain but your cat sounds like it has a broken leg since he won't put and pressure on it. At the least it would be a fracture. Take it to the vet now. The vet should be able to give you the correct advise and hopefully something for your cats pain.

To the vet NOW!! Why would you wait on this? He is in pain!
To wait is cruel and is considered abuse. It is his RIGHT by law to receive medical attention. It could be a broken leg or a fracture. At any rate, by waiting you not only cause him to suffer more hours of agony, but infection can set in and make it a life-threatening problem.
There are emergency vets that are available when your regular vet is not. NOW GET HIM TO THE VET!!

You need to get him to the vet, he may have some off of something too high and landed wrong or something. Or maybe some movement done too fast. Is he an out door cat? something could have happened to him while he was outside. Cats are actually really good at hiding their pain, so if he is crying, that is a sign of something being wrong. You should call your vet asap to see abuot getting him in to be looked at. Better to be safe than sorry. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE call your vet asap before it gets any worse!

Yes, it sounds serious and yes, you should take him to the vet. You should be concerned any time an animal stops eating. Add that to the other symptoms...Take him to the vet.

you really need to get him to a vet. If you are in a fairly large city they must have an emergency animal clinic. They are expensive but this is a real emergency, he is in pain to be crying like that. Please take him.

Take him to the vet, do not wait he is in pain. If you were in pain would you want someone to make the decision to wait it out for you?
