Jesus is the Christ.
The false Messiah will usher in a peace that lasts 3 1/2 years. He will claim to be the Christ, but his true character will be revealed after the 3 1/2 years are up.

Jesus Christ was exactly the Messiah talked about in the Old Testament. Read Isaiah 53 which describes what Christ suffered on the cross to a T. Jesus Christ was God walking on the earth in human flesh and Israel's Messiah.

Jesus Christ, the Son of God, is truly the Messiah. He is NOT a false prophet, just a good man or just saying He's the Messiah. He is the real deal.

Some people think the term messiah is a euphemism for peace on earth. In any case, there can be no question about Jesus being the messiah. There is no peace on earth. No peace = no messiah.

You may as well just get on here and ask, "Who here is a Christian?" Pretty much the same question. If you are a Christian, then he is the Messiah. If not, then it is pretty much up to you!

To the Jews, Jesus is a great prophet. The reason he didn't bring peace is because that wasn't his mission. His mission was to forgive sins. The prophesies about creating peace for all nations is promised for Christ's second coming which will come around the time of the tribulation.

Jesus fulfilled prophecy that had been made over 400 years before He was born.
May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in Him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. Romans 15
