i wanna lose some weight im at a high risk over being over weight im 5' 1" 13 and 134lbs how can i lose it



I wanna lose 30lbs. by the end of summer so i can walk into my 8th grade year HOTT!!!! but how can i do this and its gotta be low manince

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

A 13 year-old female @ 5' 1" needs about 1642 calories with little or no exercise to maintain their current weight. A rough estimate says you have approximately 100 days left of summer. If a pound of fat takes 3500 calories to burn and you need to lose 30 pounds then you need to create a total calorie deficit over this time of 105,000 calories. Over 100 days this is about a 1000 calories deficit each day.

It seems a bit much though. Especially, for someone your age.

As you're still growing fast I'd not actually eat below 1642 calories and just exercise a lot to create a deficit. Please do a little weight lifting or some bodyweight too. It'll help you preserve your metabolism boosting muscle mass and make you look more tone.

You'll get much better results if you create your deficit through exercise than through diet alone.

I used to be a heavy girl and really out of shape and unhealthy this is what i did to be healthy and in shape: Run every other day ( start off slow then work your way to like two-3 miles). Clear your kitchen of any fatty foods. Tell your mom that when she goes to the grocery store to only get healthy foods. You cant loose weight without trying or being "low maintenance" you have to put in effort. Eat healthy and exercise love the body your in ...don't think of it in terms ofWEIGHT more like you want to be more HEALTHY. Always look in SHAPE or any magazine for workout and health tips!Good Luck!!

ill keep writing this:
all u need is healty food, lots of water, lots of exercise.

all this & all the other surely good advise ull get, wont b of ANY use AT all though, unless u stick to the idea of losing weight.u must resist ur appetite from now on. u can do it. its no big deal at all. who says it is is a liar.

u cant pause the process not even 4 1 day.

ur on a task, put all ur energy in it, and let us know when u got to wear the size ur wishing 4!
