I am 14 years old.I weigh 116 and am 5"5'. I eat about 900-1000 calories a day. Is that enough? should I eat more? I dont want to gain weight and I dont really want to lose anymore.I just want to stay the same weight...what should I do? eat more?

No, you are eating what is borderlined a starvation diet. Your body stores fat in that type of diet. Women should eat a minium of 1200 calories a day. Eating more than you do now might make you gain a few pounds, but you do really need it to have a healthier body.

You're young and growing, you need food, and shouldn't be counting calories at such a young age, hun.

You are not eating close to enough. You need probably 2000+ calories to maintain your current weight. So eat double what you do now.

Well I'm 13 and I weigh 114 so I think you're fine for your weight. And I'm not so sure about the calories thing. I'm not good with numbers. But I think you're fine for your weight.

yes, you should eat more. body needs 50cal/hour just for basic functioning (like when you are in coma) so thats 1200cal/day.
