You can't do this, but I will tell you from experience: if you lose 10-12 pounds, you will really notice a difference and you will feel like a million bucks. People will start complimenting you at about the 9th pound you lose. It will keep you going so you can keep losing weight. After the first couple of months weight loss slows down in everybody, but stay with it.
If you do some kind of exercise like walking for half an hour a day, it's much better than just cutting your calories.

Drink this formula-one cup spinach leaves ,one cup green cabbage,1/2 cup parsley,one teaspoon fennel seeds,two cups tomato juice,and three cups spring water. Blend all ingredients ,until liquid.
