Yes, you can do it. Infinity systems in most Dodge vehicles use speaker-level outputs from the stock radio running to the factory amp. That means you can easily connect a line-out converter behind the factory radio to get a signal for your new amplifier. You can even tap the factory amp turn-on wire to use for your after-market amp turn-on; the wire should be light green or dark green with a red stripe.

I have a 2000 dodge and I am tunning a 1000W RF amp in it with no probs. yes you can run your infinity sound system off an after market amp.
