I'm consuming 650 calories per day (eating every 3 hours) and burning 400 calories by running/dancing per day. I also drink wu-long weight loss tea. Do you think I can lose 15 lbs in 3 to 4 weeks?

Yup, you will lose weight but if you do what you said you will be in the hospital. And then what good will the weight loss do you? Please reconsider.

You'll lose weight, but not in a healthy way. You should not be eating any less than 1200 calories generally speaking. By eating so little your metabolism will slow considerably to compensate for the loss of nutrients and food. If you start eating a more normal amount of calories, you will gain weight very quickly because your metabolism will not keep up. Your best bet is to eat well balanced small meals 4-5 times a day, and stay at or above 1200 calories. Continue exercising as well.

You will probably lose at first but since you are consuming so little calories your body will eventually go into starvation mode slowing the amount of fat you lose. Also you will lose more muscle than fat which I'm sure you are not going to do. Try to eat at least 1200 cal a day (more or less depending on your height/weight) and work out the same. Also, don't drink weight loss tea, those never work. Good luck!

That's a dangerous plan and extremely unhealthy. You need at least 1200 calories a day and that's the absolute minimum. You cannot lose 15 pounds of fat is 3-4 weeks. The max amount of fat is 1-2 pounds a week.

yes, and then you will gain back even more as soon as start eating normal again.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

overlook weight-reduction plan I consume like a horse and that i merely weigh 9 stone. that is what works for me: consume many times, if a threat each and every 3 hours, while your physique realises that that is getting a universal furnish of meals it will advance that is metabolism, burning energy speedier and is far less in all probability to save energy as fat. while ingesting attempt to consume a super form of extreme protein meals and don't circulate too complicated on the carbs. attempt circulate ordinary on trans and saturated fat regardless of the undeniable fact which you're allowed the ordinary manage. Drink a lot of water! a minimum of one gallon consistent with day. Tea, espresso and fizzy beverages are o.ok.yet they don' count extensive form in the direction of your average water intake. As for workout I perform a little mild weight education 4 days each and every week and cardiovascular (i exploit a rowing device) 2 days each and every week with one days relax. there's a undemanding theory that doing cardiovascular workout on an empty abdomen facilitates burn energy. that is absolute rubbish do not do it. Weight education is a sturdy thought as muscle tissues burns a super form of power, even on a similar time as you sleep. you do not ought to alter into Mr/Mrs universe yet any fat tissue which you will convert to muscle tissues won't merely make you seem extra advantageous yet advance your metabolism. Getting a lot of sleep is likewise significant while attempting to construct muscle. solid luck

Well, it isn't the calories you should be looking at. You should be monitoring your intake on trans and saturated fats (AVOID THESE AT ALL COSTS), cholesterol, and sugar. Focus on foods low in starch. It's okay if foods have fats such as polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats. Also, usually foods that are fat free are high in sugar, and foods that are sugar free are high in fat. However, I'm not sure why you would want to lose any weight...
