Aside from the obvious chip dip, I use it as a replacement for mayo in sandwiches and or use in place of mayo with drained canned tuna for a yummy and different kind of sandwich!
I also use it in burritos and with fajitas as a topper along with some salsa.
I also have used guacamole as a great topping in lieu of sour cream for tortilla soup and use it to top enchiladas, too.
Ooh - now I am craving it! :)

The base of guacamole is avocado which is full of nutrients. Guacamole is good as a dip for chips or vegetables; good in a taco bowl salad; or as a side for nachos.

There are so many things you can do with guacamole! Besides the obvious dip, it's delicious on sandwiches and salads (I actually forego salad dressing when I have guacamole); piled on grilled chicken or turkey; or, of course on just about any Mexican dish. Enjoy!

Guacamole is great to serve as a dip, in a bowl on a selection platter together with rice crackers, celery and carrot sticks, selection of cheeses, smoked salmon or prosciutto or prawns ... I even serve a platter like this as an easy "pick & dip" style lunch sometimes on weekends.... and its just great when you have friends over for drinks - so easy!

Avocadoes are rich in potassium, which our bodies lose through sweat and evaporation. So, Avocadoes are good when it is hot or when we are dehydrated. They are a mild flavored fruit and take on flavors of whatever they are blended with. In Mexican foods, they help to offset the heat of the spicier elements. Fresh guacamole can be made simply with mashed avocado and salsa, and can be as hot or as mild as you choose.

The Avocato is full of nutrients... if you have extra dry skin (face) it can really help if you to place some vitamins to it.
