Sad to say, at this time I can't afford to go to the dentist. Stupid me, I thought somehow my tooth was broken, my friend looked in and said it was rotten. Now I know why I had bad breath I couldn't get rid of, Thank god it doesn't hurt, that's why I never suspected. It's the upper left 2nd molar, I can't see it but my tongue feels it. I tried to file the sharp edge with a nail file.

you might have an infection darling, and you need some antibiotics...I would go get some, because that could go into your system...okay?....and brush your teeth with baking soda, you will be surprized at how fresh your mouth will taste...Good luck

Hate to say it, but you are going to have to get it fixed. It could be pulled, but may be saved with a crown and root canal. Yup, very expensive, but worth it in the long run. The problem with leaving it is that the tooth can become infected down through the root and cause you to have many more problems than that one tooth. That one tooth could wind up costing you a whole mouthful of money and problems including dentures.

Some dentists will take payments and some organizations may be able to help you out. Good luck.

You'll need to get to the dentist asap. You already have an infection and you're at serious risk for compromising nearby teeth and gums. If there's infection in your gums, it can easily attack other teeth and you'll need root canals. This can happen very quickly so the sooner you get in the better. Can't tell you how much it will cost because it sounds like you have a lot going on so you can have some hidden problems the dentist will find on examination.

See if any dental hygenist training school in your area takes patients for free. My son's gf asked him to come in so she could practice on him and it didn't cost him anything. A dentist works with them and does some treatments. If you don't fix this it will spread to more teeth. Or ask a dentist if you can spread small payments over a long time. Please try to get some help. It will affect your overall health too.

Whenever I had a rotten tooth my mom just had it pulled if it really started to bother me a lot. I had a lot of rotten teeth all thru school and it was no fun havin them pulled out 1 or 2 at a time. Finally I got smart and soon as I turned 18 I had all the rest pulled out, so now I won't have that problem anymore.

Pull it. That is pretty much all you can do. I'd start saving for a trip to the dentist if I were you. The laughing gas will be worth it.
