If I was speaking and trying to say "There are many beaches", would I say "Son muchas playas" or "Son playas muchas" or something completely different?

My Spanish teacher basically can't speak Spanish, so I don't know these things. Please help meee.

Crap. Yeah. Hay. I knew that.

Anyone want to check this ridiculous paragraph I was forced to write? Ignore the missing accents, I'll add those later.

Es 5 de mayo, y yo escribo en Mayagüez en Puerto Rico. Voy a San Juan, Ponce, y Guayama.

Whenever we say in English either "there is" or "there are" the translation is ALWAYS "Hay."

There is money on the table.
Hay dinero en la mesa.

There are two students in the class.
Hay dos estudiantes en la clase.

There isn't or There aren't = No hay
There isn't any water.
No hay agua.
There aren't any tickets left.
Ya no hay boletos.

Not bad at all. Minor things. Well done.

you have to say: hay muchas playas. Neither"Son muchas playas" nor "Son playas muchas".
"Son muchas playas": They are a lot of beaches
Son playas muchas is grammatically wrong.
