find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Exercise is the only effective way to lose weight. Diets are a temporary fix, anything you lose on a diet you will gain back when you "stop" dieting.

Eat healthier, cut out fast food, pizza, and soda. Drink 64oz of water a day, and you might lose a few pounds.

Any real results will come from exercising. But you don't have to strain yourself. Try walking for an hour a day, it doesn't have to be high-impact to burn calories.

Okay first, ditch the junk food. I know its hard but if you really want to loose weight, you have to. Eat HEALTHY. If you don't know what that means, look it up. Eat fruits and vegetables. Count your calories. Try not to eat more than 1,500. Don't drink soda, drink water. Its healthy and 0 calories. Stop sitting on that couch, watching t.v. and go for a walk. It is NOT hard exercises. Follow these simple steps and you should see some results. Good Luck! ^_^
