The the above poster Tina, the religion is Sikhism not Sheikism. By an objective metric/standard of peace, which is defined as a faith that does not espouse exclusivity nor a monopoly on truth, Sikhism and Buddhism are the most peaceful and egalitarian faiths. Both religions stress a sincere journey of discovering truth, respect for all forms of life, and do not hold a divisive mentality. The Abrahamic/Western faiths (Judaism, Christianity, Islam) are diametrically opposed to this view; it's either their way or you are damned in the hereafter and killed (Jihad, Crusade) in this world. Unfortunately this scourge still plagues humanity and will for the foreseeable future.

Yes. Jehovah's Witnesses do not participate in politcal wars against each other in other countries. We put away racial tensions as brothers in faith.
At our conventions, peace is almost tasteable. There is no need of police. We aren't worried about other members stealing our stuff. We all get along. We piock up after ourselves and don't leave a mess for a custodial staff to deal with.
Yes, we are peaceful.

Today's Catholicism is peaceful. John Paul II was the first to build a bridge between the 3 big religion of the world (Christian, Jewish, Muslim). We have missionaries and organization around the world feeding and helping the poor, the abandoned, the sick and the homeless. People criticize a lot the Catholics without considering the enormous good we do.

My religion is obedient. Some people seem to think that being religious or spiritual automatically equates to peaceful and meek. That is not always the case. There are plenty of stories in the Bible that support this. You can start with David and Goliath.

I've thought about it and I can't recall any wars/crusades/genocides that were caused by Hinduism, so yes, my religion is peaceful.

I used to follow Karana, cos I liked the wisdom based jewelry for my druid. But then they came out with the Blessed Faydark bow, which is a totally awesome twink bow, so I switched to Tunare and rolled a half-elf ranger. He pwns.

I m a muslim and I think Islam is more peacful than any other religion. Islam even gives rights to its enemies.
